Prior to training together this gentleman had been using P90X at home with no real diet plan. Needless to say he wasn’t getting results. We’ve changed all that! He works on what I tell him to do while making great strides. He’s a clear cut example of how body fat percentage makes all the difference in the world and progress shouldn’t be based solely on what the scale says. What’s more, (and I’ve been given his permission to highlight this), you’ll notice his hair has steadily restored. No, that’s not editing or photo shop. A higher protein diet has scientifically been proven to strengthen hair.

This kind of result isn’t as common, but we’ll take the added bonus. Already looking years younger and killin’ it in the gym!
