Personal Training Programs

Want a private or semi-private personal training experience? Come work with me at my private training studio, Plus Ultra Fitness! I offer a variety of options for different needs. I have both monthly subscriptions and traditional training packages. My monthly personal training memberships were created after hearing constant requests for more affordable options to participate in my personal training. They are available for both 1-on-1 training and couple/small group training. There's no minimum commitment. It's month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime with just a 2 weeks notice. This is great for the those that are consistent or need that extra push to get those workouts done. A personal training program will help keep you accountable.

With a monthly subscription you make the commitment to a regular workout schedule each week. You get to reserve your time slot so that even if you go on vacation, your spot is saved for you when you get back. If you need to reschedule occasionally, I’ll do my best to find a spot to fit you in.

Payments may be made via cash, check or credit card. Subscription clients must have a credit card on file regardless of the payment method chosen.

I also have single sessions for the occasional workout or traditional session packages if that’s what you prefer. More economical than single-session rates, and still enjoy the flexibility of variable scheduling.

Either option is ideal for locals in the Las Vegas area. The longer you train, the better your results will be.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Prefer to work out with a partner or small group? In addition to traditional 1-on-1 training, I also have semi-private small group personal training options. Small group training is available with a maximum of 5 people per group. Work out with others and help keep each other accountable! 

What is the Plus Ultra Fitness semi-private group class and how is it different from other group classes? Many group classes can have 20 participants or more at a time, whereas our semi-private group classes consists of no more than 5 clients for each session. Limiting the number of participants allows the trainer to reasonably divide their attention between each client without losing quality in their overall training experience. If you’re someone who’s looking to workout in a group setting, but would prefer a smaller class size, this is an excellent option to go with.

It doesn't matter if you have the same fitness level as your classmates, because we can accommodate a fairly wide range of differences with modifications of the exercises.
