Choosing the right personal trainer for you can be tricky. With so many options in Las Vegas, how do you know which fitness professional is the best fit for you? This is why I offer a three session trial pack to new clients here in Las Vegas.
My trial pack is perfect for clients of all ages and levels of athleticism. It gives you, the client, a better idea of my training methods and who I am as a personal trainer. Most importantly, it gives you a chance to see if we “click”. Positive chemistry between trainer and client makes all the difference in the world. You’ll enjoy your training experience that much more if you’re having fun. (While putting in solid work!)
What is the cost of the trial pack?
My trial pack is only $80. Not $80 per session, just $80 for 3 one hour sessions. This allows you the opportunity to have a sample size of my training before deciding on a more committed program.
Is there a gym membership?
Yes. My clients will receive a discounted gym membership of only $15/month. Yup. You read that correctly! Oh, and if you want a key to the gym for 24/7 access? It’s just a one time payment of $20 for an all access keycard. There's no contract, so you can cancel anytime! That's what I love about Rebel Fitness. THE TRIAL PACK PROCESS:
Every new client is given a complimentary 10-15 minute phone consultation before coming in for their first session. It’s a great way for us to become acquainted. During your consultation, we’ll go over a few things like your fitness goals, any pre-existing conditions you may have, my training guidelines, etc.
First Session: The Assessment
Your first session will consist of flexibility training, calisthenics (body-weight training), and balance training techniques. This gives me a chance to assess your overall strengths and weaknesses. Going forward, I’ll have a much better idea of what you’re capable of.
Second Session: The Overview
The second session consists primarily of strength training. This includes free weights and weight training machines. I can’t emphasize this enough. Strength training is meant for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you’re a 25 year old who wants to add muscle, a 43 year old who wants to lose weight, or if you’re a 67 year old who has never lifted a single dumbbell in their life. Strength training is imperative in creating a strong, capable and reliable body.
In addition, we’ll go over the different training programs and rates I have available for you to choose from. You’ll be provided with a link to my rates, which you can review again at home before coming in for your final trial session.
Third Session: The Decision
The third session’s area of focus is dependent upon the client I am working with. It consists of either circuit training, a lower body workout (leg day), and/or self-therapy training. 1) The circuit training involves performing one exercise after another without stopping. This is an excellent way to improve your stamina and endurance. 2) The lower body workout (very popular amongst female clients) involves exercises meant to strengthen and tone your legs. 3) My self-therapy training incorporates techniques used to alleviate tension and tightness surrounding various muscle groups.
Clients will typically have made a decision on their training program by the last trial session. All that’s left for us is to reserve your spot and setup the first official session of your program.
